Block 71 is situated in the midst of Austin’s downtown office and residential towers, it sits between entertainment, retail and restaurant corridors. This urban area is quickly becoming a ground for integration and growth of mix uses, allowing for not just a new downtown living trend but a real sustainable environment of economic, cultural and social opportunities. Our proposal for the site would provide a nesting place or frame work for this opportunities.
